The penthouse flat on the top of a 17-storey 90’s building, was in need of refurbishment. On the top of the two-storey apartment, there was a rooftop with an extensive view on Medellin mountains. The roof top has been converted to a fully-equipped roof garden with Jacuzzi, sun-filtering glass canopy and tropical vegetation.
In the upper floor, the frosted-glass sliding doors, maximize space flexibility turning occasionally the study to guest room and letting the daylight enter into the walk-in closet and bathroom. On the lower level, the bespoke kitchen and living room furniture use materials such as wood and metal, while the polished concrete floors run throughout all levels of the house.
